Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher to join our growing team. The Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher is responsible for scheduling rides, answering customer inquiries, and assisting with any other customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule rides for clients, ensuring efficient and effective utilization of resources

  • Respond to customer inquiries, either by phone or email, in a timely and professional manner

  • Provide information to clients about services, rates, and policies

  • Coordinate with NEMT drivers to ensure timely pickup and drop-off of clients

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation, including scheduling and billing information

  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including HIPAA regulations, to ensure client confidentiality and privacy

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling software

  • Ability to pass a background check
